The accused in the Sidhu Moosewala murder case will be physically produced in Mansa court. The court has accepted the appeal of Moosewala’s father Balkaur Singh and ordered the accused to be produced.
The accused will be produced during the next hearing in the district court of Mansa in the Punjabi singer Sidhu Moosewala murder case. During the hearing on Friday, the court has ordered the six accused to appear physically in the court. Earlier, the accused were being produced through video conferencing (VC).
During the hearing of the case on Friday, Sidhu Moosewala’s father Balkaur Singh appeared as a witness in the court of Session Judge Manjinder Singh. Balkaur Singh became emotional during the hearing. Balkaur Singh told the court that his eyesight has weakened and he is unable to see the accused clearly on the screen, so he wants to see his son’s killers with his own eyes.
Actually all the accused in the case are in jail. The accused were produced through video conferencing on Friday. On the appeal of Sidhu Moosewala’s father, the court has ordered the jail administration to present his recce partner Sandeep Kekda, his brother Baldev Nikku, Priyavart Fauji, Ankit Sirsa, Kuldeep Keshav and Deepak Mundi in the court physically on the next hearing on September 26. Sidhu Moosewala’s father Balkaur Singh, who has been pursuing the case in the court for three years, says that he will breathe a sigh of relief only after getting his son’s killers punished.
It is worth noting that Punjabi singer Sidhu Moosewala was shot dead by shooters in Jawaharke village of Mansa district on 29 May 2022. Moosewala was going to a relative with friends in his Thar. Gangster Lawrence Bishnoi and Goldie Brar gang took responsibility for this murder. More than 30 accused are involved in the case and the trial of this case is going on in the local Mansa court.
