In a sensational crackdown on the Lawrence Bishnoi network, the Haryana STF has smashed another gang link abroad.
Lakshwinder Singh alias Lakka, one of the gang’s top extortion masterminds, has been deported from the United States and arrested in Ambala after a year-long global chase.

STF officials confirmed that Lakka will face an intense interrogation on remand, expected to rip open details of the Bishnoi gang’s foreign funding, shooters, and terror links abroad.
Mastermind of Fear – Operating from America!
Since 2022, Lakka had been sitting comfortably in the US, running extortion and firing rackets across Haryana and Punjab on orders from Anmol Bishnoi, Lawrence’s brother.
Over a dozen criminal cases are stacked against him — from extortion and criminal conspiracy to Arms Act violations.

STF had earlier issued a Lookout Circular (2023) and a Red Corner Notice (2024). After nearly a year of tireless international coordination, the gangster was finally deported to India — a massive victory for Indian law enforcement.

STF’s Tough Warning to Gangsters Abroad!
“No safe haven for criminals. Haryana STF will hunt them down — even if they hide overseas,” declared senior officials.
The agency has already launched fresh moves to bring back more wanted gangsters from foreign soil linked to the Bishnoi syndicate.
