A sensational case of alleged medical negligence rocked Gonda Medical College after the family of a deceased man discovered that one eye of the corpse was missing. Furious relatives and locals gathered at the mortuary, creating massive chaos and accusing the hospital staff of horrifying misconduct.
The outrage intensified when the family lifted the body and placed it at the hospital gate, demanding immediate action. Police rushed to the scene while the ADM and CMO tried to pacify the enraged crowd.
The CMO has now ordered a high-level investigation and assured strict action once the facts are uncovered.
