Jalandhar — In a significant administrative reshuffle, the Punjab government has transferred Jalandhar Deputy Commissioner of Police (DCP) Naresh Dogra, appointing him as the Additional Inspector General (AIG) of the State Special Operation Cell (SSOC) in Fazilka.
