An intruder has been arrested by the Border Security Force (BSF) in Attari sector of Amritsar, Punjab. He has been identified as Aamir Hussain, resident of Karachi, Pakistan.
A Pakistani intruder has been caught on the Indo-Pak border in Punjab. The intruder has been caught by BSF personnel deployed on the border. An intruder has been arrested by the Border Security Force in Attari sector of Amritsar. According to Sunil Kumar, Company Commander of Border Security Force 181 Battalion, he and his team are also posted at BOP Attari. His personnel saw a suspicious person near the barbed wire. When the person was detained and questioned, he turned out to be a Pakistani.
The arrested person has been identified as Aamir Hussain, resident of Karachi, Pakistan. Some medicines have been found in his possession during search. He has been handed over to the police on charges of entering without passport and visa. Police of Thana Gharinda has registered a case in this matter and interrogation is going on.
7 kg heroin caught in Ferozepur via drone from Pakistan, smuggler arrested
BSF has arrested a smuggler along with 7 kg heroin and drone from the border. The consignment of heroin came from Pakistan via a big drone. According to BSF officials, Pakistani smugglers had dropped 12 packets of heroin from the sky via a big drone in village Jhugge Kishore Singh Wala (JK Singh Wala) of Mamdot block of Ferozepur. BSF heard the sound of the drone and somehow dropped it from the sky to the ground with modern equipment. The weight of heroin in the twelve packets was six kg 86 grams. Similarly, BSF recovered a packet of heroin from the field of village Wajida in Fazilka. It contained 536 grams of heroin. Apart from this, BSF has arrested a person picking up packets from the field of village Attari. The packet contained 490 grams of heroin.
