Following the proceedings at the Akal Takht, CM Mann is scheduled to address the media. Observers anticipate this press conference will provide further clarity on the government’s stance and their strategy for addressing the divide between the administration and the Sikh leadership.

Context of the Dispute
The controversy stems from an alleged video that has sparked widespread debate and protest across the state. While the opposition and sections of the religious community have called for accountability, the government has maintained its defence, citing issues of digital authenticity.
As the state awaits the outcome of tomorrow’s appearance, the atmosphere remains charged. The event is viewed as a pivotal moment that may determine the trajectory of the ongoing friction between the Punjab Government and the religious establishment.
