Punjabi singer Hasan Manak alias Hasan Khan has finally been nabbed by Phagwara Police, ending months of evasion. The singer is now behind bars on serious charges including second marriage without divorce, fraud, financial cheating, physical abuse, and criminal conspiracy.
Police confirmed that the accused was produced in court and has been sent to 14 days’ judicial custody.

An NRI family from England has levelled sensational allegations against Hasan Khan.
According to the complaint:

The singer trapped their daughter through social media, flaunting himself as a successful celebrity.

Despite being already married—and facing a domestic violence case—he promised marriage and emotionally manipulated her.

He allegedly extracted ₹22–25 lakh in the name of wedding expenses — jewellery, luxury clothing, gifts, and venue charges.

The rituals were performed at a palace in Banga, but police later declared the marriage illegal, as the singer had never divorced his first wife.

As per the complaint, when the woman was forced to flee India under threats, £1,800 was stolen from her handbag en route to the airport.
Traumatised, she returned to England and her family immediately filed a detailed case with the Phagwara Police.

Hasan Khan’s first wife, Parvinder Kaur, had already filed a complaint months ago, accusing him of:

Following her complaint, the court instructed police to add rape charges as well.
