Extended Project Deadlines Provide Breathing Room

Additionally, promoters have been granted a one-time extension of up to five years beyond December 31 for project implementation, providing substantial relief to the construction sector and ensuring that legitimate development projects can be completed without undue pressure.

EWS Housing Policy: Monetization for Social Welfare

The government has notified a new policy for the monetization of land pockets reserved for economically weaker sections (EWS). Resolving Pending Cases Through Mega Camps
